Social Income is a new way to fight poverty in the Global South, creating real change, from human to human.
Social Income turns one percent of your salary into Universal Basic Income for people living in poverty. A small contribution from you can go a long way for someone else.
How it works
We are convinced that people in poverty know best how to improve their living conditions.

Recipients
Recipients in West Africa receive a guaranteed monthly Social Income over multiple years.
We started in Sierra Leone, one of the poorest countries in the world, and have since expanded to Ghana and Liberia. To put it in perspective: the average monthly income in Sierra Leone is just $42.50 (World Bank, 2022). Here, even small contributions create real impact.
For the selection of recipients, we collaborate with local NGOs who support vulnerable and disadvantaged communities.
Recipients have to be older than 16 years old.
Social Income made it possible for me to buy school supplies and send my child to school. Thank you for everything you’ve done to help!
