United Polio Brothers and Sisters (UPBSA), founded in 1999 by 12 individuals affected by polio, advocates for housing and training opportunities for disabled and vulnerable people. In 2001, UPBSA established a provisional technical and vocational training center in Freetown and later expanded with three additional branches in rural areas.
UPBSA’s mission is to provide a safe, supportive space that equips its members with the tools and opportunities to lead dignified lives.
Social Income has empowered the most vulnerable to launch small businesses, generating steady income through its dependable monthly support.
