Our Aspiration
π 8,104,666,773 potential beneficiaries live on Earth
Our Reality
Resources: Financial Transparency
Journal: Where to we expand next?
We have a 2 step process that allows for a fair and transparent selection.
First Step
Identifying qualifying individuals and building a recipient pool through local program partners and their community knowledge.
Goal: Prioritize by need
We focus on the most vulnerable β where aid has the greatest impact.
β 1.8 billion people live on less than $3.65 per day
West Africa has one of the world's densest concentrations of poverty, i.e. in Sierra Leone up to 57% of people live below the poverty line, with typical monthly earnings under USD 45.
βAround 16 million people in our active countries qualify as poor.
We partner with local NGOs dedicated to poverty alleviation to identify those in need, building a large, scalable pool of potential beneficiaries.
β 1,000+ potential beneficiaries are in our pool
Second Step
A bias-free, manipulation-proof selection process β visible to everyone.
Goal: Eliminate tension and favoritism
When all candidates are equally deserving, a lottery is the fairest way to choose. No judgment, no favoritism.
β Everyone in the pool has an equal chance
A lottery's integrity depends on its unpredictability. Confidence grows when people know it's purely by chance, without manipulation.
β We use the " Math.random() " function
We publish the selection code so anyone can inspect it and confirm no manipulation occurred.
